Hi my names Emily, I was born and raised in Michigan. I graduated from Adrian College in 2022 with my master’s in athletic training. I grew up with three brothers and have always been surrounded by sports and an active lifestyle. I moved to Minot in August 2025 and work full time as a licensed athletic trainer at Minot State University. Heather, went to Surrey high school and graduated in 2004. I then continued to college at Williston state to receive my degree in Massage. I have been in the practice of massage since 2008. I got into this field due to my father being diagnosed with colon cancer. I believe there are many ways to help a person with pain, personal health, and balance. I have been trained and certified in many different massage techniques. Deep tissue, Swedish, pregnancy, aromatherapy, hot stone, healing touch, Gua-sha, Cupping, cranial sacral, Ashiatsu-barefoot massage and Pediatric massage and Autism Touch therapy, Lomi – Lomi.
